A 12-week roadmap for women over 40 navigating perimenopause and menopause. This program combines education and implementation to help you regain control of the chaos, feel confident in your body, and thrive in midlife. Available as 1:1 or group coaching.
Phase 1: Nutrition
Learn how your changing body responds to food and create a personalized, hormone-supporting nutrition plan.
Phase 2: Lifestyle
Address movement, stress, and sleep with evidence-based strategies that fit seamlessly into your busy life.
By the end of 3 months, you’ll have personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans, renewed energy, improved mood, and the confidence to navigate your journey.

An empowering evening for women 40+ to access care, understand insurance, and confidently advocate for their health. Hear from local experts and leave with practical tools to take charge of your well-being.

Join other women for a relaxed walk and open conversation about navigating midlife and menopause. Connect, share experiences, and leave feeling supported, informed, and energized.
