A 10-week small-group coaching program for women 40+ navigating perimenopause and menopause. This signature program blends education, implementation, and community support to help you feel grounded, strong, and confident in your body as it changes. Group coaching is the primary format, with limited 1:1 options available.
Phase 1: Nutrition
Understand how hormonal shifts affect metabolism, energy, and weight, and build a personalized, hormone-supportive nutrition approach that works in real life.
Phase 2: Lifestyle
Strengthen your foundation with practical strategies for movement, stress regulation, and sleep that support long-term health and resilience.
By the end of the program, you’ll have personalized plans and tools, improved energy and mood, and the confidence to move forward with clarity.
