Phase 2: Lifestyle
Address movement, stress, and sleep with evidence-based strategies that fit seamlessly into your busy life.

By the end of 3 months, you’ll have personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans, renewed energy, improved mood, and the confidence to navigate your journey.

Empowering Community Events
Every quarter, I host the Lexington Women’s Health Speaker Series, featuring local experts and evidence-based discussions on essential midlife health topics.

The Boston Perimenopause & Menopause Community
I host this free FB Group offering live events, expert education, and meaningful connection with women who truly understand this stage of life. Activities include menopause book club, discussion walks and social gatherings.
